PenCooras Design offers full returns and exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied, or should the print arrive damaged.

Returns are to be repacked in suitable packaging (a box) and/or protective material to ensure it is not damaged during transport. Your refund or replacement options will be affected if the product and any branded product packaging is returned in a poor or unsellable condition, where a return is not due to a fault or error.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
Currently only delivering within South Africa.

Handling and delivery within South Africa is done via courier.

Deliveries in Cape Town are dispatched within 5 working days and outlying areas between 6 and 8 working days.

If your order is urgent, please mail me with your name & order number so I can do my best to arrange a fast shipment for you, this will however be at an additional cost.

If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.
