- Currently only delivering within South Africa only.
- Handling and delivery within South Africa is done via courier.
- Deliveries in Cape Town are dispatched within 5 working days and outlying areas between 6 and 8 working days.
- If your order is urgent, please mail me with your name & order number so I can do our best to arrange a fast shipment for you, this will however be at an additional cost.
- If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.
- PenCooras Design offers full returns and exchange or refund should the print arrive damaged.
- Returns are to be repacked in suitable packaging (a box) and/or protective material to ensure it is not damaged during transport. Your refund or replacement options will be affected if the product and any branded product packaging is returned in a poor or unsellable condition, where a return is not due to a fault or error.
- We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
